My transition into UI/UX design in 2022 was driven by a desire to expand my creative reach from static artwork to interactive digital experiences. Fine art taught me to capture emotion and intention in every brushstroke, and I bring that same passion for clarity and purpose into my design work. UI/UX became the ideal path for me—a space where creativity meets function, allowing me to turn a blank screen into something intuitive and engaging.

My journey into UI/UX officially began with Google’s UX Certification program, a rigorous training ground that equipped me with the fundamentals of user-centered design and sparked a fascination with how design can shape user experiences. With newfound skills and a hunger to learn, I interned with HNG in 2023 and 2024, where I worked on diverse projects across cross-functional teams. These internships gave me hands-on experience, from collaborating with developers to refining design solutions based on real-world feedback.

Each project I’ve worked on, whether as a solo designer or part of a team, has been an opportunity to transform ideas into experiences that resonate with users. I enjoy every step of the process—from ideating and wireframing to bringing designs to life in prototypes that feel seamless and purposeful. I’m also constantly exploring no-code and AI tools, embracing new ways to elevate my work and streamline my creative process.
